For setting up your entries:

Use the standard PPSL DUAL meet Event template, but you need to make several changes:

1. Select the PPSL Dual Meet Event template, but then do 'UNLINK TEMPLATE' to allow for changes.
2. Select and REMOVE the DIVE events.     If you don't do this, you will get an error on the export.
3. Change the Entry Rules as follows:  go to  MEET SETUP ->  Entry Rules tab and then match to this sample,       If you skip this step, it won't let you enter relay alternates.

To submit your entries:

• CAUTION: generate and review an entry report prior to downloading so you see what you are sending.
• go to ENTRIES - MERGE. lock your entries, then select the DOWNLOAD tab.        Download and submit the MEET ENTRIES - HyTek file.

Email the file ENTRY CHAIR with your team name in the Subject.   Remember to copy any other coaches or team reps that want to be included in any messages about your entries.     Please do NOT disappear on us.     You will receive an entry confirmation with any entry exceptions/errors to correct.      You will have limited time to CAREFULLY review the reports and notify the Entry Chair of any corrections.
