Our swim club is located at 476 Neeb Road, Cincinnati OH 45238. Parking is tight! The doctor’s office next to the swim club can be used for overflow parking. The away team typically sets up in the shelter area by the play ground.

We will have a grill available that will have a variety of items, including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken. We will also have a bake sale and usually Kona Ice. Our concession stand will also be open. Lots of food options!

Away Team warm ups will start at 6:00. The meet will start at 6:30. 

8&Under Free Relay will swim before the IMs.

Please bring individual portioned baked goods to sell at meet and come ready to eat at our grill which supports the team.

Athletes will site with the team on deck.     Spectators are allocated bleachers in the stands by team.

MtLookouts responsibility is the meet computer/scoring.        We need assistance posting results and other errand type work.

We also need to time 1 lane each FIRST HALF of each meet.

Some of our parents will be assisting as Officials as well.

This is a city wide championship.       Each team is allowed 2 entries to each event (1 relay entry per event).       Each swimmer may swim up to 2 events, 2 relays.     Coaches are looking to ‘field the best team’.
