Meet Information

• Please submit entries in SwimTopia by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7th. We’ll turn around heat sheets as soon as possible.
  • We will look for opportunities to combine events.
  • The 8 & Under Free Relay will be moved immediately after Butterfly.
  • We have our Tropical Storm swimmers kicking off the meet with several exhibition heats.
• Dive Warmups
  • Harper's: 3:00–3:30 PM
  • Mt.Lookout: 3:30–4:00 PM
• Dive Meet Start: 4:00 PM
• Swim Warmups
  • Harper's: 5:00–5:30 PM
  • Mt. Lookout: 5:30–6:00 PM
• Swim Meet Start: 6:00 PM
  • Please note we do not have pool lights, so we’ll start promptly to finish before dark.
• Volunteers: Please provide your own timers, stopwatches, and officials.

Notes for Parents

• Parking: Limited parking is available at the club.
  • Lot A will be reserved for Mt. Lookout families; we strongly encourage carpooling.
  • Overflow parking is available near the Shops of Harper’s Point or Weller Park.
• Alcohol Policy:
  • No outside alcohol is permitted (coolers checked).
  • We do have a Cabana Bar available:
    • Canned beverages under the gazebo (cash only)
    • Mixed drinks and draft beer at the Cabana Bar (credit cards accepted, though the system is optimized for member accounts)
  • Bringing cash is encouraged to help keep lines moving.
• Music: DJ Spicy Noodle will be playing music during and between events.
• Concessions: We’ll have burgers, hot dogs, chips, baked goods, and other standard items available. Cash is preferred, but cards are accepted.
• Seating:
  • Pool deck chairs are removed—please bring camp chairs.
  • Mt. Lookout will have a designated seating area near the slide and under the two large umbrellas.
• 8 & Under Staging:
  • Mt. Lookout will stage 8 & Under swimmers near the diving boards.
  • We run a fast meet, so please ensure swimmers are ready for their events.
  • We do not hold events for swimmers who are not at the blocks.

Food: There will be a grill and bake sale in addition to the snack bar. Credit cards are accepted at the grill and snack bar, cash only for bake sale. 

Parking: We have directed our families to park in the middle school next door to keep the lot open for guests, but should it be full, there is parking at the middle school, Sellman Park and St. Gertrude across the street. 

Warm-ups: We are planning to have our warm-ups 5:30-6. You will have the pool 6:00-6:30. And the meet will start at 6:30. 

Team Area: Mt. Lookout’s team area will be on the parking lot side of the pool deck. There are chairs and tables but we would recommend bringing camp chairs for additional seating.
