ALL TIMERs are expected to attend the meeting at 6:15pm.    If you are tiiming 2nd half and can NOT make the meeting, please come to a lane before the switch to get the instructions.

From our Host:

There will be a grill and bake sale in addition to the snack bar. We can take credit cards at the grill or at the snack shack.

We have directed our families to park at the middle school next door to keep the lot open for our guests, but should it be full we there is parking at the middle school, at Sellman park behind the middle school, and St. Gertrude across the street.

Your team area will be reserved on the north (parking lot) side of the pool deck. We will have some tables and chairs out but feel free to bring camp chairs if you wish.

We will have timers and officials meetings at 6:15 so please have your volunteers report to the scoring table at that time.

From Wyoming:

During the meet the Gaga pit will be closed, as will the shallow end, diving well, and baby pool. Please be sure to keep your swimmers out of these areas.

There will be a grill and bake sale with cash payment. We will also be running split the pot.

Parking is ALWAYS challenging with our tiny lot so please advise families to leave a little time to walk to the pool from the neighborhood.

Swim warm ups: WSC 5:45-6:05 Anderson 6:05-6:25; meet start 6:30

We will have an official and timers meeting around 6:20. We will be calling all DQs for all ages.
