ALL 10&U SWIMMERS: stay in our team area, on the basketball court so you can be found.      You will report to clerk when announced.

Older swimmers report to blocks.

Please sign up your swimmer by Wednesday at noon if you want to swim in this meet.     If you don’t Signup, you won’t be entered.
Sign up by Tuesday night to be considered for relays so the coaches have the time to put them together.

If you know you are NOT available, please DECLINE so the coaches aren’t guessing your intent.

PARENTS: Job signups will also be posted - it takes one parent from each family working half a meet to cover all the jobs.       Thank you to those that do more!

WE WILL HAVE A GRILL and would love to have repeat success with the help of your single serve savory and sweet creations/or otherwise acquired contributions.

Swimmers arrive BEFORE 5:30, ready to warmup at the blocks BY 5:30.

SIGNUPS needed by TUESDAY NIGHT as we need to complete by Wednesday 10am - I know, that's early.

MEET START AT 6pm!

SWIM team (no Minis).     

Please arrive early enough to be behind the blocks before warmups start.

If you signup and can no longer attend, please tell a coach asap so they can plan accordingly.  

From our hosts:

• Harper's has limited parking at the club.
  • The lot will be reserved for Mt. Lookout families, but we strongly encourage carpooling.
  • Parking overflow is in and around the Shops of Harper’s Point or Weller Park
• Alcohol
  • Harper's does not allow for outside alcohol to be brought into the pool.
    • We could lose our liquor license, so please make sure the parents are aware of cooler checks.
  • We do however have a wonderful Cabana Bar
    • Canned beverages will be under the gazebo. (Cash Only)
    • Mixed drinks and beers on tap will be at the Cabana Bar.
    • The payment system is really geared towards cards on file from our members, but they will accept credit cards.
      • We encourage the parents bring cash for alcohol to expedite the lines so we can be more efficient.
• We will be running a grill with burgers, hot dogs, chips, baked goods, and the various typical concession items will be available. (Cash or Card, but Cash is best)
• The pool deck gets cleared of the chairs, so please remind your parents to bring camp chairs.
  • Mt. Lookout will have a designated seating area by the slide and under the two large umbrellas.
• Mt. Lookout will have a staging area for your own 8 and Under groups by the diving boards.
  • We run a fast meet, so please make sure the 8 and Under groups are ready for their events.
  • We do not hold up the meet for missing kids not at the blocks.
